Perhaps Birmingham will end up with a second tier manager befitting their status as a second tier club and a second city club
I'm a Wolves fan and I wonder if Us,Albion,Villa and Birmingham have ever changed managers all within such a short time.

Have just seen a report on Yahoo Sports web site that Rangers will need permission from all the clubs in the Scottish Premier League to play matches and a three-year European football ban will be imposed as HMRC have rejected the submission of a Company Voluntary Arrangement.
Interesting times lie ahead...:roll:

A NewCo Rangers being voted back into the SPL needs to win at least an 8-4 majority vote from the SPL shareholders, each SPL side has a share.
Rangers themselves get a vote so need another 7 sides to vote in their favour.

But with ESPN today losing their EPL rights they might by happy to pay for SPL football to keep live UK league football on their channel.
As for the Rangers support and the income they bring, if other sides managed to get another ~500 fans per home game then income generated by visits from Rangers would be nullified. With the belief that without Rangers they would have more chance of getting into Europe etc then more fans may turn up.
At the moment it looks like Aberdeen, Celtic, Dundee United and Hibs will definitely be voting no. All that would be needed is one more vote and there is no Rangers in the SPL and they would have to apply to the SFL.

To qualify to play in Europe you need to have 3 years of audited accounts and a NewCo Rangers wouldn't have those and the vote would be required because HMRC have rejected the CVA.

I think Levy will regret this (and I would hope this doesn't constitute a "sacking"). But why on Earth would Moyes leave Everton for Spurs? There really isn't much between the two, and he's managed so much at Goodison. Why leave such a stable and happy position for White Hart Lane?
I wish 'Arry all the best in finding a new post. I think he could certainly do worse than Swansea, that much is for certain.

I think Moyes would be tempted because Spurs are now considered contenders to qualify for European football on a consistant basis. Moyes could be tempted by that, plus he would have a bit more money to spend each year. I don't mean this in a disrespectful manner to Everton, as he has done a bloody good job there, but ....
I think Everton have reached a plateau over the past couple of seasons, and in my opinion, slightly over-achieved last season. If it wasn't for Moyes completing a couple of brilliant bits of business in January (Gibson and Jelavic), they wouldn't have finished in the top half of the table IMO. Even if Moyes does stay, I think Everton will struggle to repeat that next season.

Yes he was highly impressed with their form when Spurs struggled to tank them 5-0 at Tynecastle :roll:
His wage is probably higher than the whole Hearts 1st team put together !!

Stable isn't too far from Stagnant. He may feel he's took Everton as far as possible given the budget. Frankly I'd rather Moyes stayed at Everton: I like him as a manager and the teams at the top (Man Utd excepted) look set to follow the England job as poisoned chalices.
Do you honestly believe that whoever takes over from the Great Troll will be allowed to do anything that might tarnish his reputation (like carrying on being successful)? Look at the trouble they had finding successors to Matt Busby, with Bobby Charlton as his "ambassador".

As the Clubs are going to get more money from the TV deal does this mean some of it will be returned to Fans by say freezing Entrance Fees and Player Salaries for the duration of the new contract
