Being provoked is one thing, but his reaction after being carded is why he's not fit to play football - and his past isn't exactly squeaky clean.
I can quite happily create a large list of bad boy footballers though. We'd have a lot less problems if these people weren't on the pitch, including those who cheat. I don't believe for one second that the game would be ruined, and that it's the 'passion' that drives the players. How many other sports allow cheating and unsporting behaviour (or tolerate it when people do)?
Still, at the end of the day City did amazingly well to score two in injury time. It was like they were possessed too, because it really would have looked to everyone watching as if they were going to do it. Was it their sheer determination, or QPR simply thinking it was in the bag? Absolutely amazing stuff - and I'm not a City fan!
