What is the worst performance of this week:
Yes but not lose by six on the night and eight overall. And I'm here for it. Martin must stay! (at least until after Sunday...)Rangers weren't expected to do well in Brugge
Stoke's exit from the Carabao Cup, on Tuesday evening, was pretty dismal. They may only be one division higher than their opponents, Bradford City, but losing 3-0 on home soil just isn't on - especially when you're topping the Championship. The performance on display was absolutely dire - one can only assume that the manager is focussed entirely on maintaining the current good form in the league. What is the worst performance of this week:
Manchester United going out on penalties to Grimsby Town in the Carabao Cup after somehow recovering from 2-0 down
Rangers losing 6-0 on the night & 9-1 on aggregate against Club Brugge in Champions League qualifying & having a player sent off
Celtic losing on Penalties to Kairat Almaty in Champions League qualifying after failing to score in 2 matches & extra time against the opponents
Which is worse & if there are other candidates please mention those below as well
Rangers without a doubt. Splendid hatewatch last night. United a close second in the clown stakes.
Rangers 0-0 Celtic
The one good thing about today was that they were worse than we were. And that is the only consolation I can find. Ouch.
(sound of barrel being scraped)
Six point gap. Praise the lord.

Quite. We were rank rotten and I could have had no complaint whatsoever had their goal stood. That it didn't is something I can only be grateful for.I wasted two hours watching that. Goodness me it was dire. So bad that Tavernier didn’t look out of place
More of an "out of form" derby rather than an "old firm" derby?Goodness me it was dire.
It made for grim viewing the Dundee derby wasn't much better.I wasted two hours watching that. Goodness me it was dire. So bad that Tavernier didn’t look out of place

When did that last happen? Are Manchester United really higher placed than Manchester City in their league this evening?
When did that last happen?
City overtook them once they'd played! The start of last season. Man Utd won on the opening Friday night.
They’ve suspended the VAR bloke, but that’s little help as it doesn’t ever give you the goal back. It's been two days now, but I'm still seething about the officiating in our (Fulham's) game against Chelsea...
I wasted two hours watching that. Goodness me it was dire. So bad that Tavernier didn’t look out of place
were played at Scotchman Road now the home of Campion FC.Are James and Marcus Tavernier any relation to Simon Tavernier who was captain of Bradford (Park Avenue) when we restarted in the West Riding County Amateur League Division 3 in 1988/89? I believe both James and Marcus were born in Bradford and Leeds respectively
This keeps on happening terrible decisions VAR bloke or ref get suspended Webb apologies profusely, we will learn from this etc. Then it happens again and again. They’ve suspended the VAR bloke, but that’s little help as it doesn’t ever give you the goal back.
Would solve the problem if they just suspended VAR.They’ve suspended the VAR bloke, but that’s little help as it doesn’t ever give you the goal back.
Now known as "Erik Ten Weeks"...In other football news Erik Ten Hag has been sacked as Bayer Leverkusen manager after only 62 days in charge including one cup game & 2 league games.

I think Turkey need to play a friendly against England to get their confidence backI am currently watching, open-mouthed, the performance of Spain tonight, in an awkward looking away fixture in Turkiye. Awkward looking on paper anyway, but with 63 minutes gone, it is 0-6 to the Spanish, who are slicing Turkiye apart.
