No they bloody well aren't!!!!! <(<(<( Your lot cost us our best ever chance at the European Cup.

(Sorry; overly controversial; ignore that. Just an anti-Reds statement.)

Anyway, on the Wirral Line to Rock Ferry, which I believe is the closest station to Prenton Park, and Tranmere Rovers.

Does class 99 haulage count in this thread :?:

Unfortunately my geography of the other side of the Irish Sea isn't very good:(

Oh nice one (!)

I'm not sure that should be allowed to be honest; it's all very well Sealink having been part of BR in the past but there is no physical line between Stranraer and Belfast.

Unless we can somehow move back to this side of the Irish Sea, it looks like this thread is dead.:(

See, I wouldn't have minded, but in practice the average Brit's knowledge of football on the fairer side of the Irish Sea is limited at best. So keeping to these shores would be preferred, just so we can try to keep this thing alive. In all fairness, I'm surprised it's lasted this long (three months on Sunday!) :D

From Fleetwood there is only one place which can be considered reasonable, and that is Preston, for Deepdale.

A slightly amusing one now, if I may. Keep heading east beyond York until we reach Scarborough. How old are AFC Scarborough now anyway? 5?

Well their old ground in Scarborough is owned by the Council and Scarborough FC were dissolved in 2007, so we better jump on the Northern stopper to Bridlington where Scarborough Athletic play!

I suppose the only possible move from here is Hull Paragon for Hull City
