I am to attend a medical on the 18th Feb and a start date in March.

I understand from the conversation I had with Mandy that many prospective trainees are unable to give current employers notice within the required timeframe.

If it offers a ray of hope to anyone, I am also sure that Mandy is contacting people for the March intake alone. Which means if you are LTV and on hold, you are likely to get a call within a day or 2.

If not, there is also rumour of further courses in a couple of months and beyond!

I look forward to meeting those of you here, in March!

So that's 4 posters on here plus one more that I've heard of for March. I have to give 30 days notice so my chances seem pretty slim for this one I think.

Just had a phone call off Mandy, conditional offer for Bristol, start April, medical 19 February. Couldn't steer the double decker I was driving afterwards in a straight line. I would hasten to add that when I took the call off Mandy, the bus was parked up!!

Had a phone call!!!!!!!!!! Conditional offer for Westbury starting in April. Medical later this month. So happy ??????. Just like rocombe11 I can't keep me bus in a straight line lol ??????

Where do u currently work rocombe11. We don't work together di we lol. I did call hr earlier this week and they had no info. I think maybe they won't tel anything til they're ready ??????

I transferred to Torquay from Exeter so I know most of your rosters.

HR dont say anything until they are ready,

Hi , does anyone have any information about trainee train driver positions at Oxford ,I sat my managers Interview June 2014 and have been put in the pool but was told that positions may be available early 2015. I've noticed some people have had news regarding starting dates for Reading & Paddington but not for Oxford ????????

hello there , has anybody got a number for hr , as there is a couple of queries I have . I have emailed them on the addresses I have but have had no reply in over 2 weeks ?

I truly hope u all get phone calls very soon. The struggle it's real but the call makes u feel like your talking to the lord LOL
