I just got this via email.
Is this the same as the previous Express Cafes that were released when the HST's were refurbished like this:

Or is it different as it seems to suggest different?
Train operator First Great Western has released the first of a fleet of Express Cafés in a programme to improve on-board catering on long-distance services.
Released today it is the first of 19 extra carriages, which should be operating on the network by January 2010. The company is also refreshing and updating current buffets on a further 10 of its High Speed Trains.
Designed with the help of First Great Western’s customer hosts, the new buffets offer friendly service during every High Speed journey, which will save hungry customers having to rush to buy food before boarding the train. Customers will also benefit from a larger service counter and chilled display and staff will have a more spacious area to work in.
Panini grills, combi-oven and a coffee machine will allow for hot and cold drinks and snacks. Food served on the trains has been created with the help of experienced staff who are well experienced in on-board service.
The £8m investment goes above and beyond the commitment made to the Department for Transport at the start of the franchise, and means the business will be able to offer quality food and refreshments to around 52,000 more customers on its services every week.
First Great Western’s Head of On Board Services, Nick Hebborn, said: “It’s good to see the first of our 19 new Express Cafés in service. This means, by the end of the year, we will be able to offer fresh coffee and quality hot snacks and cold beers on all our High Speed Trains.
“Customers have already noticed that the buffet area is new and different, complimenting us on how bright and fresh it looks.”
