..and I am sure there are plenty of people currently seeking employment (from all corners of the globe) who fit that bill. So why aren't FCC employing them ?
Reminds me of that episode of Father Ted where Ted and Dougal got to represent Ireland in the Eurovision Song Contest.
The problem with interviewing people to get the right person for the job is whether or not they talk a very good game and give you (the interviewer) all the right answers that your looking for.
Then you believe they have the right qualities - spend time and money training them and then once they are comfortable in their job and over the general 6 month 'probationary' period they start to slack and not do their jobs properly. You cant predict for that sort of instance - especially at interview stage with their perfect CV- but it does happen and often and then its a long old slog down the disciplinary route which then is a minefield itself.
