Hi everyone,
I have a first class all line rover ticket which I have been using for the past week. The ink has faded to the point the QR code is no longer readable and the first class logo has to be squinted at to be seen. This is one of the bog roll tickets. I took it to my local station where I bought it from only to be told 'We cannot replace it' although I believe they just don't know how due to lack of training after all how often does one need a ticket re-printed? on LNWR's website they state if your ticket is faded or damaged you can return it to the station and get a replacement free of charge. If they cannot do it there where am I likely to have a chance of getting a replacement? I have also tried London Euston to no luck
Thanks for any advice
