Way too keen! It’s a VERY slow process, it will be a while so try not to think about it and let it niggle away at you or it will send you mad. Half of HR is on annual leave too. Mine was 13 months from application to offer.

Exactly this. You’ll simply get an email saying unsuccessful or you’ve been shortlisted we will be in contact in due course. Thats it, nothing more at this stage.

Just reading a few of these posts, if you haven't removed your personal details from your CV then you're application will 100% be binned and from what I was hearing last week, it sounds like a lot of people have made this mistake
