The confirmation email that they sent doesnt allow you to reply to it and I've not managed to find any others online, I've tried as I have already passed rhe assessments with another train company. I've not heard from them since the initial confirmation email

I think I got mine the day of the deadline or the day after, quite a quick turnaround on my end but it seems to be moving slowly for others so not sure why that is.
There's probably so many applicants for this role so they recruit in waves. I've got my stage 1 on the 25th but it looks like some people haven't even received their first invite to the online assessments yet
Complete radio silence
There's probably so many applicants and so few people in recruitment to deal with the queries. I would not be surprised if some applications are left "pending" for months and months into the future, unfortunately.

I experienced the same issue. Guess it’s just a waiting game until they make contact.

How did everyone find the assessment day(s)?
I found it alright due to practicing with the example papers they sent before hand. I didn't realise how many we'd have to do, hopefully I did enough to pass haha . Time really does go fast while you're there.

I got an email from them this morning saying that I've been invited to the next stage. Quite surprised, thought I botched the DFFT. How about yourself?
Emailed me this morning saying my application won’t be progressing unfortunately. I definitely messed up the DFFT got to around question 10 but I must’ve got a few wrong as I kept getting mixed up on what question I was on and the pressure just got to me

The time pressure is definitely killer in these things, 20 questions among 15 minutes is quite tough in and of itself, despite the fact you aren't expected to complete them all.
I got to question 10 or 11 on the DFFT I think.
I definitely found the DFFT the toughest test of the day, as well as part 3 of the tea-occ.
Did they not tell you on the day how it went? I’m awaiting an assessment space as apparently they have no availability at all

From what I've read on here they usually tell you how you did on the day for stage 2, I.e if you don't pass the computer assessments they won't bother giving you the MMI? Not sure.
Yeah they didn't offer any alternative dates for assessments, again I'm guessing due to tight deadlines. Have they given you any indication or information as to when the next wave of assessments is?
Yeah DFFT is definitely the hardest and the practice material is pretty rubbish as it makes it seem easy. I think the others went pretty well though tbh but just wish they let us choose what slots we wanted as having to do a morning assessment definitely affected my focus.
And yeah I’ve emailed them my number to hear some feedback but I’m pretty sure DFFT is the reason I’m not being taken on.

- WAFV, ATAVT and 2-Hand computerised tests
- SJE (Situational Judgement Exercise)
- MMI structured interview
Kind of dreading the MMI having read some of the posts from other users here, seems like they really grill you.
Ah fair enough not quite like the one I did for another TOC we took everything individually and if we failed we got told to leave.
No news on next assessments just told they don’t have any available dates which sucks, I’d rather just do it all in one day though tbh.
Regarding the MMI not that you asked but you need to prep lots of situational things you’ve done in your work that’s going to relate to the job you’ve applied for and rehearse it, make sure you talk about everything you did and not others. I.e. you took responsibility, the questions come in different formats just try to apply the most applicable one to the question.
Yeah I heard. It counts as part of the psychometrics too unlike the DMI . You also gonna be doing the VSE too? As I remember them saying on assessment day 1 that you’ll have to do that again on assessment day 2.
Also when is assessment day 2 for you?

My assessment is on the 6th of October, not sure if they're having two different groups on two different days again or if it will just be one group on one day this time.
