when coupled to a southeastern unit you will notice a slight difference.
Can they couple to Class 375s and run in service without modification?

From various postings I glean 377207-209/211/212/214/215 back with southern leaving 377210/213 left with tl for the /2

Hasn't 211 always been Southern's? Thanks for the gen anyway, that means only 2 left with them. Cascade going along nicely now!

No 211 was at TLK with the others.

Indeed it has!
Apologies if this has been answered elsewhere. Why has SE's policy on first class provision on their 375s changed for the refurbished 375/9s, which have two sections against the rest of the refurbished sub-classes' single section? Is it intended to allocate the 9s to specific workings where extra first class is deemed necessary? This sounds like a rostering complication doomed to fail.
My guess is that they don't have any extra high-capacity (3+2) seat bodies to offset the First Class (2+2) seating that was to be replaced. Whereas the other /6 /7 and /8 refurbs could just have the existing seating re-shuffled and the bodies of the former First Class seating re-purposed with standard class moquette.
That's my theory at any rate. The original Electrostar seating bodies are probably not produced any longer, hence the "Ironing Boards" that we all love to complain about nowadays.
Thanks for that. Have any Metro routes benefited from cascaded networkers? I was hoping my peak train to and from Victoria would be 8 coaches but still 6 is the norm and 4 quite common.
Quite painful to have rammed trains without being able to board whilst 319s are going into storage and could've been a good stop-gap if forward planning by the DfT and NR had been thought about the past few years.
seems to issues with lack of berthing space which is affecting SE having extra stock.
Have all 377/2 left thameslink now?
