May be a slight deviation (sorry!), but does anyone know if DRS still operate the scrap trains through London? And if they do, do they still use the 37s, and where would be the best place and time to see them? Trying to photograph one at some point ha!

IIRC, they stopped running when Sheerness steelworks closed.

Apart from test trains, the best chance to see DRS 37s in the London area
are the flask trains from Sizewell and Dungeness...

37401 was meant to make its debut at the Bo'ness and kinneil railway diesel gala at the weekend but it never happen. Any ideas as to when it'll start running again?
37602 has also moved to Glasgow works for collision repairs.
57308 is now in the DRS livery and in service

37229 has now been de-registered from the XHNC pool.
Also, since railcare went into administration last week. what will happen to the works on 37422 at Glasgow?
And the stored 37/7s at Dollands Moor could be heading to DRS but thats just rumors according to WNXX.com

-37703 and 37714 now at Barrow Hill. 37716 and 37718 now at Derby RVEL. All four are still in the DB Schenker WZKS pool.
-57308 named County of Staffordshire (its currently on thunderbird duties at London Euston).
-There is also an open day at Carlisle Kingmoor this weekend, with a charter (running from Newcastle?) which will use 2 DRS 37s and a DRS 47, using some of the refurbished DRS Mark 2 Coaches.

Is 57308 or 57311 now named County of Staffordshire? THe list says 11 but the text says 08. It is unusual DRS went for that name instead of "Pride of Staffordshire" tbh, it doesn't fit their pattern. Thanks for the info

37425 was named Sir William McAlphine (on one side) and Concrete Bob (on the other side) yesterday at Kingmoor, by Pete Waterman.

That will be re-named and McAlpine? This was a name she carried long ago....

As 20303 has been on Charter Train duty paired with 20308, has its Max Speed been increased to 75mph?

92002 is the first electric haul intermodal from daventry to scotland. Its currently working on 4S43 to mossend at the moment today.

Sort of, 92030 worked Daventry-Crewe, then 92002 worked Crewe-Mossend. Both are in the 'WTAD' pool.

37059 and 37069 now at Daventry on shunt duties.
Work on 37401, at Bo'ness is progressing with it expected to be ready for trains in December.
