Similarly if not identically to Scania's gas double-decker. There's no doubt it could be done if the will and massive pot of cash was there to permit it.

Do you mean like the fuel cell Merc singłe deckers used briefly in London and other Eiropean cities
about a dozen years ago, with all the gubbins mounted up on the roof? I don't think anybody's seriously talking about that technology in double deckers

That's methane, not hydrogen.
They don't /won't run on methane per se. The Nottingham buses (if they happen) will run on gas out of the mains.
What do you think "gas out of the mains" is? It's certainly not hydrogen.
