Yes indeed, and it doesn't say anything about concessionary scratchcards being 5p more than the version bought on-bus or at railway stations. It also doesn't say anything about the concessionary scratchcards not being valid on buses, indeed I've been in touch with DCC and they tell me that they are £11.30 in all cases and that they are valid on buses (including the scratchcard version). It'd be worth contacting them if you have any difficulty using them where you think they should be valid.
Mind you, the wording on both the DCC and the First Bus website does describe the version with add-on to Nottingham as a "rail-only ticket", which would suggest that it's not valid on buses, but DCC tell me it is: I suspected that it actually meant that for travel to and from Nottingham you could only use it on trains, not on buses, but you could use it on buses within Derbyshire.
