Let us suppose that you are travelling from A to C with a change of trains at B and you hold a through ticket for the entire journey, and on the first leg of the journey you get delayed by long enough to qualify for Delay Repay if you were only going from A to B, but you still make your intended connection and you arrive at your final destination on time (or within less than 15 minutes of your timetabled arrival time). Would you then still be able to claim Delay Repay for the first leg of the journey, or would you be out of luck?
Obviously, if that happened and you were using separate tickets from A to B and B to C you'd be eligible for Delay Repay on your ticket for the first leg of the journey.
