I'm confused. I traveled from Haywards Heath to Exmouth yesterday and was delayed approx 33 minutes.
The delay started at Haywards Heath where the train from Brighton was delayed by 15 minutes.
14.01 to 14.17
The increased so that I arrived at Farringdon at 17.13
The Elizabeth line was also delayed also so i missed my 17.36 GWR from Paddington to Exeter. Caught the 18.06 instead and eventually arrived Exmouth at 21.21 some 33 mins late.
So do I claim my 33 mins from Thameslink. Is this complicated by having multiple split tickets?
Thameslink also want me to claim for each leg. What does a leg mean in this context?
Thanks!
