Our new ticketing site is now live! Using either this or the original site (both powered by TrainSplit) helps support the running of the forum with every ticket purchase! Find out more and ask any questions/give us feedback in this thread!
Indeed. The NRCoT say you "may" make a journey using multiple tickets. There is nothing to say that if you buy split tickets you are compelled to consider them as one journey.
Either the original ticket, or (in the case of Season tickets a photocopy of the ticket and your photocard, your booking confirmation e-mail, or your unique journey number.)
I.e. the booking confirmation option only being available for season tickets.
I'm not claiming this makes any sense only that I think it is almost a valid reading of the sentence and therefore could be the basis for the refusals.
We are aware of an issue with emails from the Forum to Microsoft-based email accounts (hotmail/outlook/live.com email addresses). This is being looked into currently, thanks for your patience meanwhile.
