Hi there,
I have a 7-day Travelcard for my usual commute to work from Billericay to Zone 1. I have registered an account with GA for Delay Repay to make life easier.
Last night I was going to Chelmsford instead but got caught up in Greater Anglia’s delays.
After an announcement at LST informed us there were no trains, I walked to Fenchurch Street with the intention of at least getting to Basildon and getting a bus or taxi from there. However, after checking my phone once underway on c2c, it became apparent that trains were running once again. I got off at West Ham and went back to Stratford.
I finally caught the delayed 1800 (arrived at at least 1835, I think) to Clacton and bought a mobile ticket from Shenfield to Chelmsford.
I have tried logging in to my account to claim for this journey, but it seems that I can’t find an option to combine the two tickets. Does anyone have any experience with this, please? In this instance is it best to just submit a separate claim via email?
