I just happened upon this article explaining what the trials at Plumstead were about.

Establishing a secure connection ...

A path has been identified in the May 2026 timetable allowing a 20-wagon train to serve the facility, but it necessary to prove the propelling move could be undertaken in the required time without affecting other services.

In the early hours of 15 December, DCR operated a trial using a Class 60 and a rake of JNA wagons en route to Angerstein Wharf to collect recycled asphalt to move to Purfleet.

Three propelling moves were carried out into Plumstead Carriage Sidings successfully, proving that six minutes is adequate to set back into the depot and three minutes to depart, allowing DCR to progress the development of the site.

60046 & 60055 worked 1852 6M54 Quainton Railhead to Aylesbury North Loop empties


Today is reportedly the final 6M02 Tytherington to Quainton Railhead run for the time being, the circuit is to be replaced in the meantime by 6C50 Bristol East Depot to Merehead Quarry (Fhh) and 6M51 to Quainton Railhead services

News reportedly on Linkedin from David Fletcher that 60022 and 60060 are both in rebuild at Bodens Rectory Junction, 022 is ready for reassembly while 060 has been stripped for body repairs to begin, no mention on the progress of 60013 at UKRL Loughborough though

I think from last photos I saw 60013 is some way off, with bodywork repairs still in progress
