I know that few services run on Saturday nights at this time (mostly freight and the London area 24hr services I imagine) but just wondered how timetables, and things like WTT deal with the additional hour tonight (and the loss in March) - are the times entered manually, or does a computer calculate the timing points based on loco haulage, weight, TSR's etc?

If it's computer based, then I guess it can be told when to insert the hour...
but do they get referred to as 0100BST and 0100GMT? I guess it is only an issue for the 'repeated' hour between 1am and 2am.

iirc all services that start on the saturday evening in to sunday morning run to summer time, and any services that start after 0200 run to winter time , i might be wrong, but that is how i am sure it works.

Tottenham Hale forgot to change the clocks....

By the way, noticed the announcer said "Midnight 02" service for the 0002.
