I got the flowerpot men reference straght away of course, but Scottish? Every day is a school day... 
Bit more confused now but how about Greenfaulds? Having to make some leaps in logic there so probably wrong.

If I had started the clue with "Sounds like..." that would have been correct but unfortunately it isn't however It is the sort of lateral thinking that's needed to solve this one.

It's not Shenstone.
Letters don't always represent station codes, sometimes they give you directions.
