In desperation -- not thinking I'm likely to be right: "This station (operated by SE) briefly produces noxious fumes."
I am -- defying usual aesthetic and etiquette-ish standards -- thinking farts (which by their nature, are usually brief). So -- Bexley. Fart produced outward from within the body: "ex". Surrounded by expressions of distaste from those exposed thereto: "Bley".
I'd suggest Cannon Street -- except, "quieter than" a fart. I'm not doing very well here...
I'm sorry that answer lacks the elements necessary to pass the acid test.
