Nope, it's not Muncaster Mill. It's not on a preserved line, it was renamed by the LNER then unusually reverted back to it's original name around 25 years ago......

Head being beaten against brick wall here. Thinking along lines of anagrammatising ("craftsmanship"?) the ten letters of "spot-hire" plus "ry" (abbreviation for "railway"): "Portishead" uses most of those letters, but is closed anyway... various four-or-five-letter fecal tinkerings lead nowhere, and would in any case, probably not be allowed in demure British railway timetables...
