It really is, especially when you look at the Indians making such a fuss about a bit of timewasting by Zak Crawley last night to lose a whole (checks notes) one over! No self awareness of the part they had played in losing the rest of the overs. Of course, England were also two minutes or more late in being ready to start batting which wasn't right, but the umpires didn't bat an eyelid.

What's the penalty for a slow over rate in red ball cricket? In the County Champonship they manage 96 overs a day so 90 should be easy providibg it doesn't rain.

Interesting 2 and a half hours left in the England game today. At tea England are 6-175,Root got 40 and Stokes is not out on 27. Curiously England's second best scorer so far is Extras with 31 including 25 byes!

The West Indies fell apart after the break, being dismissed for 143 leaving them trailing by 82 .
All 5 Bowlers used, shared the wickets, Starc & Webster got 1 each, Hazlewood & Cummins 2 each and Scott Boland 3-34.

Think there was a vain attempt to deflect it away from stumps, which he could do as he hit the ball with the bat, some spin on that ball. All happened very quickly, too.
Looking forward to Old Trafford.

I think it's one of the strangest wickets I've ever seen in a test match, let alone at such a crucial point.
I've watched the available replays several times, and I still can't really believe it. The ball seemed to be moving away from the stumps as it went to ground, so it must have had quite a residual spin to change direction. And it made such a gentle nudge on the stump that it barely managed to dislodge the bail. I'm not sure that Jamie Smith believed it as he watched!
