I get why they wish to do it as they want the old bus station space for the new car park, but the new/temp bus station is more then enough for Haverfordwest's maybe what 8 buses an hour.

I don't know if anyone has mentioned bus stations in London (TfL land) and apologies if they have but "covered" bus stations included Victoria, Hounslow and Turnpike Lane which were covered but subsequently had their roofs removed whilst actual underground bus stations included Stratford and North Finchley - North Finchley was originally in the open but is now under a building - Stratford went the other way.
The only others I can think of that still exist are Mill Hill Broadway which resides under the M1 motorway and Canada Water, the canopy being part of the underground station but covers buses and punters. You could possibly add Heathrow Central bus station which was covered but coaches now use the undercover bit whilst the buses use stops outside of the covered area. I just remembered that Heathrow T4 is also covered.
Could you consider Euston Bus Station as undercover?
