Hi,
My friend has been offered a job for a conductor at LOROL and I have an interview for this role next week. I was wondering if anybody can tell me a bit the shift patterns and working patterns for LORL or general other rail companies. Do conductors generally work a pattern of 4/5 days on 3 days off or something to that extent? What are classed as bank holidays as he says this will compensate by increasing holiday entitlement at LOROL?
I just want to asses whether shift working is right for me, I know I could ask this as a question but I dont want to seem to negative on the matter during the interview? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
