Hi,
I (we) was given some exceptional service recently.
I'd very much like to compliment the crews responsible but am actually worried that I might get them into bother!
(Basically we had to board with a ramp in First Class due to a mobility issue and I asked if we could please stay until the next long stop to move to Standard but they insisted we stay for the whole 2 hour plus journey and we got tea & biscuits etc.)
I don't want to get anybody into trouble.
Railway people... would this happen or would the powers that be be only too happy?
I can't tell you enough how a simple act of kindness in an empty First Class carriage made such a difference to the day and might even tempt me to splash out in future so it is a win-win for the TOC, but would they see it that way?
