A typical commuter-belt part of north-west England
We next move to Wales for the next journey.....

This is number 895 in the series so far.....

The journey start at the closed station of Buttington
It follows the line of the Oswestry and Newtown Railway
It then follows the line of the Newtown and Machynlleth Railway
It then follows the line of the Aberystwyth and Welsh Coast Railway
It then follows the line of the GWR Aberystwyth to Carmarthen Line
It then follows the line of the GWR West Wales Line
It then follows the line of the South Wales Railway
It then follows the line of the Vale of Glamorgan Line...via the Sully loop line
The journey ends at the closed station of Alberta Place Halt

The first closed station on this journey is Buttington
