ADJUDICATION

It is critical that the sequence of lines in the journey preamble is adhered to....rather than discovering alternative different routes.

After we left the Swansea District Line at Pont Lliw, the next line shown on the journey preamble was the LNWR Heart of Wales Line, with a rider "link line only, no closed stations". The two open stations we would have passed through were those of Llangennech and Bynea.

The next line on the preamble after that was the GWR West Wales Line. On this line would be met:-
Llanelli.....An open station
Pembrey and Burry Port.....An open station
Lando Platform.....A closed station
Kidwelly Flats Halt.....A closed station
Kidwelly.....An open station

This now brings us to the final line on this journey, in accordance with the journey preamble, the Burry Port and Gwendraeth Valley Railway (which the journey preamble states the final closed station as being that of Cwmmawr), which has seven closed stations upon it, the first of which after leaving Llanelli would be that of.....
Ty-coch Halt

Remember we are heading towards Cwmmawr.

A NOTE OF APPRECIATION TO ALL "THE REGULARS" FOR THEIR RECENT SUPPORT FOR THIS QUIZ.

If you recall, a short time ago I was pondering matters appertaining to this quiz once it had reached its 800 journey mark. I am pleased to report that now all items that came over with the relocation have now been installed in the finally finished small bedroom that now serves as my computer study since the joiners finally sourced the hardwood of the type required to make the required fitments. A rough count of yet-to-be-launched journeys sees a figure of 900 eventually being reached.

Many thanks to all recent quiz contributors, including a certain long departed one.
