Sorry, but not so. Limpet Mill was situated between the closed station of Muchalls and the open station of Stonehaven.

It's for me to apologise. Bring on my favourite scapegoat: bloody Tony Dewick and his Complete Atlas, according to which Limpet Mill was between Ferryhill and Cove Bay. Mr. Dewick must come high in the annals of those who are both highly learned, and very often wrong !

Sorry, that was a closed station on the Arbroath and Forfar Railway.

We have just been traversing the closed stations on the Forfar and Brechin Railway and are to access the final line on this journey....The Brechin and Edzell District Railway (note the comment about this line on the journey preamble).

It then follows the line of the Wilts, Somerset and Weymouth Railway
It then follows the line of the Langport and Castle Cary Railway...via Lyng Halt
It then follows the line of the Bristol and Exeter Railway
It then follows the line of the Devon and Somerset Railway
It then follows the line of the Bristol and Exeter Railway
It then follows the line of the Teign Valley Line
It then follows the line of the Moretonhampstead and South Devon Railway
The journey ends at the closed station of Moretonhampstead

The first closed station on this journey is Hermitage
