We next moves to Wales for the next journey.....

This is number 721 in the series so far.....

The journey starts at the closed station of Arthog
It follows the line of the GWR Barmouth to Ruabon Line....Beware of "heritage" stations
It then follows the line of the GWR Trevor to Legacy Branch Line
It then follows the line of the GWR Ponciau Branch Line
It then follows the line of the GWR Shrewsbury to Chester Line
It then follows the line of the Chester and Holyhead Railway...link line only, no closed stations
It then follows the line of the Chester and Crewe Railway...note 1st and 2nd stations
It then follows the line of the Whitchurch and Tattenhall Railway
It then follows the line of the Oswestry, Ellesmere and Whitchurch Railway
It then follows the line of the Oswestry and Newtown Railway
It then follows the line of the Llanidloes and Newtown Railway
It then follows the line of the Mid-Wales Railway
It then follows the line of the Brecon and Merthyr Junction Railway...Beware of "heritage" stations
It then follows the line of the B&MJR Machen to Caerphilly Line...via Fountain Bridge Halt
It then follows the line of the Pontypridd, Caerphilly and Newport Railway
It then follows the line of the TVR Llancaiach Branch Line
It then follows the line of the Taff Vale Extension Railway
It then follows the line of the Monmouthshire Railway and Canal Company
It then follows the line of the Pontypool, Caerleon and Newport Railway
It then follows the line of the GWR Newport to Gloucester Line
It then follows the line of the Hereford, Ross and Gloucester Railway
The journey ends at the closed station of Holme Lacy

The first closed station on this journey is Arthog
