I remember steamybrian also raising the matter of Shap Summit (staff halt) earlier this year and that query was also referred to the relevant rules section.

The rules of this quiz have been gradually expanded over the years that it has been in existence, as a result of queries made. I cannot ever recall any rule ever being rescinded, either in part or in full.
