It then follows the line of the Edinburgh and Glasgow Railway...link line only, no closed stations
It then follows the line of the City of Glasgow Union Railway
It then follows the line of the Paisley Canal Line
It then follows the line of the Dalry and North Johnstone Line
It then follows the line of the Glasgow, Paisley, Kilmarnock and Ayr Railway...using the Montgreenan loop line
It then follows the line of the Glasgow, Dumfries and Carlisle Railway
It then follows the line of the Caledonian Railway Main Line
It then follows the line of the Lancaster and Carlisle Railway
It then follows the line of the Ingleton Branch Line
It then follows the line of the "Little" North Western Railway
