Deeside Halt did not exist under British Rail and was constructed by the heritage railway in 1992, which rules it out for use on this quiz.

If you look as rule 9 on the quiz rules on the very first posting on the quiz, you will see that staff halts are NOT allowed upon this quiz.

According to "Private and Untimetabled Stations by G.Croughton" The Great Western Railway opened a halt there and it was in use by 1913.

I have sent a PM to you upon the two matters that you have raised. The matter of current status of staff halts has already been addressed.
--- old post above --- --- new post below ---
Newly updated rules effective from October 2014

(3)....Stations that were closed....but then re-opened either by a heritage railway or National Rail...are not allowed to be used on this quiz IF THEY WERE CONSTRUCTED ON THE SAME SITE

Perhaps this extract of rule 3 from the rules of this quiz could be useful to note.
