My records only show a single short-lived Stanley station, named as such, on the Scottish Midland Junction Railway:-
Opened 2nd August 1848
Closed in 1857

Stanley Junction station was indeed open and closed on the dates that you show above.

Perhaps best to call two separate stations with different names in future

Scotrail suggests that it was relocated 1/4 mile northwards. the Wikipedia entry suggests that this happened in 1857.
