ADJUDICATION

The matter of the two closed stations of Symington has raised its head again and I ask that my original adjudicationary posting # 36974 made on 22nd May 2016 be viewed.

Symington station was added as one of the examples shown in Rule 4 after that posting was made.

Symington station was re-sited on 30th November 1863 at the junction just NORTH of the original site and as such, it is covered by the strictures that appertain to Rule 4.

Once again, it is an opportune time to make the same adjudication as was the case the last time that we passed this way. Symington is still shown in the examples contained in rule 4.
