I guess that Wrexham Exchange doesn't count because one of its platforms became part of Wrexham General. However should we not have gone to Rhosrobin or Rhosddu to reverse? The connection between the Wrexham & Ellesmere and Chester & Shrewsbury lines appears to have been north of Wrexham Exchange/General. I am not sure what the rules are about reversing

Rhosddu Halt was situated on the Great Central Railway line from Bidston to Wrexham Central. As this was not a line specified on the preamble to this journey, it could not have been allowed.

Rhosrobin Halt was situated on the line that we are currently traversing, but to have used it, we would have been travelling in a northerly direction, whereas we are travelling in a southerly direction towards Shrewsbury.

My reasoning was that the new Midland Metro station was on a different site
