very impressive of the rolling stock team to be able turn out 8 pairs guess will only get displaced now once more 720's become available.

322s? So after all this time, they could return to their original route.
Will just have been used as a donkey for the test run, I expect.
WA drivers don't sign 321/322's so they won't be appearing back on Stansted's anytime soon
I’m hearing a rumour that the 317/7 units will be making a comeback to cover for 379s. This is a rumour so take this with a large pinch of salt but if it’s true than this could be great to see the /7 subclass again. I must admit I find it odd that these are still at Ely if there’s no future for them.

I thought the /7s were not PRM modified so cannot return to service?
Sounds like wibble to me if I’m going to be honest - considering their PRM dispensation ran out mid-last year, legally they cannot be used unless they receive the final PRM mods they need, which, given the 317s are in the process of being phased out, won’t justify investment from GA.

Ignore that, because there’s no WAY non/PRM stock will make a comeback in 2022 when everything finally complies.

348 & 884 are on Stansted Express duties, too. Currently on them on the 1440 Liverpool St - Stansted and back

15 out yesterday, I think six pairs and three singles. Back up to five booked pairs including the 1837 LST-CMB express. They are certainly going out in style.

Should all 317s be withdrawn from the end of Feb or are they likely to continue until June now?
Considering the 379s are now gone, they won’t be going anytime soon.

unlikely until enough 720's available to cover the diagrams with some units in reserve. At least 7 or 8 diagrams still require 317's to avoid cancellations.
