Strange question but are Class 222 headlights meant to be symmetrical? I ask because a couple of times recently I have been walking over a pedestrian bridge over the MML and have seen an EMT class 222 with one of it two main headlights off. I think the side lights were lit on both sides.
I'm a bit worried because I remember reading something about 'A trains headlights not being lit' being something railway staff are meant to report immediately to the signaller as something endangering a train.
