Dear all, i have not seen this elsewhere but i thought i would give it a mention here.
LOROL are to get Class 165 units from half sister Chiltern for the Gospel Oak to Barking route as the class 172 is as usual with everything Bombardier behind schedule. Crew training starts next week.
I do not know how many class 165s LOROL are going to borrow, but what i do know is that the class 150s which are earmarked for First Great Western have had the 2-2 seating replaced with the original 3-2 Silverlink spec. So i assume that all the 150s will go at the start of the new summer timetable, if indeed all 5 150 units go the same number of 165s will be needed to cover at least.
