12:55 from Moor Street is not busy, you're pretty much guaranteed a whole of table to yourself in standard class.
IMO, business upgrade isn't worth it because standard class is so good that you can hardly benefit from a business upgrade.
However, you stated that you're 6'1", I can see that being a problem. I am 6'0" and I have some trouble squeezing myself into those seats because table are too low for me.
