Bit of advice for anyone going to Banbury (as I had an interview there a few weeks back). Park in the East multistory (plenty of parking), up the 2nd floor where the footbridge will take you over to the main station (if there is no-one at the ticket office, there is a help button by the gates, who will let you through). Tell them you're there for an interview and they'll tell you to wait at the coffeeshop. They'll then come and get you and take you back to the interview room in the East carpark

Any ideas as to why this role has re-appeared on the website - I thought they had fully recruited? Just thrown my hat in the ring...

Hmm, I and a couple of others on here have interviews booked for next week. Clearly they're not very optimistic for us if they're already opening up recruiting again! Though I guess there was another batch of interviews and not enough people made the grade?

To add, my usual training base will be Aylesbury, but I have to go to Marylebone for first four days, for induction, etc

they told me 30th September, did the mention a date to you?

I failed my DMI back in February so waiting for another shot in two months time. Recruiting could well be all over by then

September will be the last course for Bletchley planned this year. It’s highly likely if you haven’t been invited for an interview it’s probably not look looking positive for vacancies at that depot until next year at the earliest

I’m waiting on a medical currently.

Got a conditional offer for BMO last week, just got to have the medical which they said will be arranged asap.

Provisional start date is for the end of October.

Had my medical a few weeks back and references have been returned.

Signed the contract earlier this week so just biding time until the start date now.
