I hope you don't mind but I was just reading through the messages on the MTR Crossrail thread and noticed a few of your positive messages. I'm actually interested in applying for the Driver team leader role, and currently have over 5years driving experience working for LOROL.
I just wanted to to know how your Driver team leader assessment went and if theres any key points I would need to consider?
I was thinking to maybe to apply for an experienced driver role then progress on to team leader or perhaps just going for it?
