Changes to the Windsor branch?

Or just wire up the entire branch, saves creating a microfleet of 387s with batteries.
In NR's wishlist for electrification, IIRC Thames branches were to be battery train branches. The Windsor branch is the busiest of the lot, frankly it's baffling that it won't get 25kV.

It's also the shortest, at under 4.5km bufferstop to bufferstop.
