ticket 58312 printed twice?
Also issued with discount, not as YP, therefore no Railcard required?
And both tickets marked Terminals, reservations issued as Euston, although I assume this relates to the service it's applied to.

Many TVMs have two printers in them in order to print quicker. Some are set up with different fonts to each other. Usually one printer prints tickets and the other reservations and receipts, which is why they don't always land in the order you expected them to if you have some tickets with reservations and others without, but they don't always get this right.
Perhaps they're smart and will re-print a ticket if it thinks its unreadable.
And can you explain it?![]()

TOD reference number hasn't been 'censored' your details could be input into a system to recall your details. Name, Address etc.....
To do that however would be a breach of policy and a misuse of position to access confidential data, DPA breach?
TP
I am very security conscious!! I was mereley pointing this out on a public forum. That anyone could use this number to access info or try and get a refund wuoting the number. I would NOT do this myself as you say Data Protection etc! Perhaps in future this should be censored!![]()
The ticket was issued by an AtoS Fast machine (40-4468) at Clapham High Street (NLC 4029) window 81.
True, alas:
My name is to the top left of this post - not exactly secret
The tickets are in my hand right now - so I doubt anyone could get a refund especially as they're advance tickets
If it is possible to type in the reference into a system to get my address and details, that's probably illegal and I'm always at work or on a train, so good luck with that unless you're posting me money--- old post above --- --- new post below ---
Indeed, that is the ex-Southern one.
Anyone interested would note that the two new London Overground machines were very slow and would not connect to the TOD database to retrieve the tickets. The ex-Southern one (window 81, as you state) has modified graphics to look like a LO machine but still retains the 'Tickets from another station' button - handy(it also still says "Welcome to Southern Fast Clapham High Street" on the card reader display when idle).

Only people with an account and view the image though. Non-members are unable to open the attachment.
Of course, but they may sign up to be a member first!![]()

They would need to know what the attachment was about, and then know that this number was shown on the ticket. And that's before you even think about getting access to the system.
I can't fault you for being security conscious though!![]()
I always think of the unexpected with fraud etc. Nver leave your name and address on letters in bin bags!!
My Dad always shreds envelopes with names and addresses on, but I think if the envelope just has a name on it, we will bin it.
So do you recommend that even if it only has a name on it and no address, it is shredded?

Could do just the same with a ticket picked up off the floor or out of a bin.
