I like both. A button you can press with your hand is helpful, but having a thing that you can stand on is good. So having both like 222s would be a good thing.
I wish on all trains you could have the very useful feature of when you are moving carriages and you open the door leading to the rubber thing between carriages, the door at the other end opens! It saves you having to stop again!
Do any trains have sensors where they don't try to close if they are blocked?
