Probably the best answer is they'll be ready when they're ready. I know they are cracking through them (and preparing them for their currently embargoed launch at Eastleigh) but know one really knows at the moment. You'll have to keep an eye on RT at the moment for any STP Eastleigh - Crewe's.

Glad they've managed to amend the route so quickly. Though a pity they couldn't route the outward train via Derby, Duffield and Ambergate as that would've been more appropriate than via the Erewash Valley.

I’ve never been interested in such things so have never seen any details, but my goodness the prices are astronomical! Do people really spend that much for a day out on a train that ends up back where you started??! Am I out of touch with society?

Look at the Bemond British Pullman too - these things really are not cheap.

Each to their own, but I wouldn't spend that sort of money on something like this either!

Yeah I heard there was a fault that needed to be fixed or something... I think it will run but it’s getting dark so shot quality will be poor.

I think this livery will be a bit like marmite.. some will like it, some won’t.
I like it, Its the first time a pair of HST Powercars have been without yellow fronts so it will take some getting used to. Although I do with the Powercar numbers were easier to read or on the front.
