You forget, the world is a crazy place now, even extends to East Anglia.Have they ever done it before? Thought it was mainly electrical goods. Personally I can’t stand that day and never purchase anything on it.

P.S. Back in the day, wasn't 'Black Friday' the codename used by the UK emergency services when many folk went out boozing on the Friday before the Christmas holiday break? Maybe not quite what the OP was asking.
