The station Burger Kings are ones i avoid, i seem to notice a big difference between them and the non franchise ones.

You've got some cash to burn! For me it's a meal deal from Boots or King Deal (still cheaper when the reject my card)

Isn't the Boots meal deal £2.99?

You can get a variety of sandwiches in M&S for £1, crisps for 70p and a large bottle of water for 39p. Aside from when Tesco can't make their mind up and charge £2 instead of £3 for their meal deals, I find it the cheapest place to buy lunch.

My personal record is £5.17 worth of sandwiches, crips and Red Bull on a meal deal!

I too find M&S Simply Food is good value on stations. The 2 pork pies for 99p (or is it £1.09) is rather better value than the 'Delice de France' efforts at pastries!
