I don't know of one offhand, but for clarity do you mean platforms which have signalling such that they can be used bidirectionally, or ones which actually are on a regular basis?

Either way I don’t mind

East Croydon 2-5 are bidirectional. 2 is currently used in both directions; 5 has terminating and down services, but has historically also had up ones. 3 and 4 are only used both ways in cases of disruption.

You may need to clarify further, because virtually every terminus/bay platform can be used bi-directionally (Huntingdon bay platform - I hear you, at least in passenger service). Assume you don't mean terminus platforms to be included.

Depending on whether it passes @Cricketer8for9 's query over whether terminus platforms are included, you could consider the island platform at Liverpool Central (Northern line). It is not unusual for 'northbound' platform 2 (generally for Ormskirk / Southport) to be used in a southbound direction for trains from Southport (actually presently Ormskirk) towards Hunts Cross. 'southbound' Platform 1 - also used for some terminating services - typically from / back to Headbolt Lane (and on Sundays several Southport) services, cannot be used for northbound trains from Hunts Cross, but can be - and occasionally is - used for northbound trains coming out of the reversing siding.

In times of disruption, Moorfields Northern line platforms can be used bidirectionally, but this is very rare. Indeed, I don't think there is currently access from the Leeds Street bank into the 'northbound' line from the southbound running lines. I have once - and only once - exited Liverpool Central platform 2 towards Southport, then immediately been 'crossed over' to the 'southbound' line and run 'wrong line' through Moorfields, Sandhills and Bank Hall (calling at each), before regaining the 'northbound' running line at Bootle junction. This was due to a failure of a 507/8 northbound on Leeds Street bank.

Bath Spa both bi-di, I doubt anything at Bristol TM isn’t. Bristol Parkway - trains from the west can reverse in all 4 - whether all 4 can be used fully bi-di I don’t know.

Platform 2 at Bristol TM if we're being really pedantic isn't Bi-Di in the sense of fully-signalled as it requires a shunt move to access. All through platforms are bi-di, and Platform 13 is a fully signalled bay platform.

They're all fully bi-di due to facing and trailing crossovers at the east end (as are both goods loops). Some wrong-direction moves at the west end require wrong-road running from Patchway and Filton Abbey Wood, or to Filton Abbey Wood.

Platforms 3 - 5 at Lincoln are all bidirectional through platforms.

I think all or almost the platforms at Reading are bidirectional. Platform 4 at Maidenhead is as well, or at least used to be, it being a practice to bring the evening rush hour trains wrong line to give cross platform access to the Marlow branch

All of Nuneaton's platforms are bidirectional. 1, 2, 6 & 7 are often used bidirectionally, 5 sometimes and 3 & 4 usually only during engineering works.

Welcome to the Forum, I'm afraid that the short answer to this is that there's not 1 single official list.

As has been mentioned, a the definition of a bi-directional platform is somewhat variable, as it could require being able to use it as a through platforms in both directions and not simply reverse in the platform. If using the more limited definition, most major stations will have at least one bi-directional platform, and any station on a bi-directionally signalled line will also have them. Additionally, any station with only a single line (i.e. not a passing loop) would be a bi-directional platform.

And anyway, despite being “a platform” and having a number it isn’t available for passenger use (for the reason you mention as well as no need!)

The 3 through platforms at Carlisle (1, 3, 4) are bi-directional and are routinely used as such for both passenger and freight trains.

Through platforms at Plymouth, Exeter St Davids, Newton Abbot and Weston-super-Mare are all bidirectional I think.

I'm not aware that the GWR mainline platforms at St Davids - 4 and 5 - are bi-directional, at least not in regular usage.

Worcester Foregate Street is probably the classic example of a station where both platforms are bi-directional.

However, presumably any station with a platform on a single track section of line will be bi- directional.

Any platform line with buffer stops.
I did think of that, but that's cheating somewhat. I'm taking 'bi-directional' in this case to mean that trains can approach and depart in either direction. In that vein, platforms 1 and 4 at Dundee are regularly used in both directions.

Platform 2 at Exeter Central is - I was nearly caught out by this recently when I was expecting the Waterloo train into platform 3 and had to bolt across to 2 when I realised! I did wonder why everyone was stood on that platform (I hadn't bothered to check the screen, like an idiot). No idea if 3 is as well? (1 is the little used bay, obviously).

Watford Junction WCML and Abbey Line Platforms. Milton Keynes except P6 (has a LoS signal for Up moves), Rugby, Nuneaton, Stafford, Crewe.
All very flexible layouts.

Havant fully bidirectional. Signalling, facing and trailing track crossovers at both eastern and western ends.

Southern and SWR services, plus a FL 59 hauled Westbury to Crawley aggregates service, used its bi-di capability this year.

Manors (mainline) Pfm 1 is used bi-directionally. Dont think P2 is used as such regularly but seems to be signalled for it.

Both through platforms at Oxford, formerly 1 (up) and 2 (down) but now 3 and 4 are bidirectional, and used as such. At 0634 an Up direction train (2L05 to Didcot) departs from 4 and at 0638 a Down (initially, at least) direction train (1Y10 to Marylebone) departs from 3.

It definitely still is (as is P5) although that move is less well used now with the intensification of Elizabeth line services.
